Bo Time in the Carolina’s, does it get any better? Their Cajun Filet biscuit & bo rounds will get your day off right. The chicken always has the right crisp and amount of spice. Their Cajun pintos are the perfect side too.

I want to share my excellent experience with Precious, the Night Supervisor at Bojangles. Precious was incredibly helpful, caring, and attentive to every customer who walked in. She made sure we had a great experience from the moment we arrived in the drive-thru, and her friendly personality truly stood out. Precious was open to any feedback we offered and handled everything with professionalism and a big, welcoming smile. She is clearly a people person who genuinely cares about both the business and the customers she serves. She is a true asset to Bojangles, and I can easily see her moving up the ladder within the company. Because of her great customer service, this is definitely a place I would refer anyone to visit. Thank you, Precious, for making our visit so enjoyable!

I love Bojangles, but I had a bad experience a couple of weeks. It took forever to get two sides of sausage and ham. While waiting, I noticed they now serve Bo'Berry Sausage Biscuit with the sweet cream they put on the biscuits, so I ordered it. I became anxious because it was taking too long, but the cashier was pretty nice. That Bo'Berry Sausage Biscuit was amazing, but the sausage texture on the sides of sausage was off a little... it tasted the same, though. What really took me out was the fact that I asked for two sides of ham, and I was given a side a grease with two ham slices. It was sooooooooo doggone greasy! It may have been the location because I hadn't ever experienced that before.

Food was pretty good. I enjoyed their "Bo-Rounds" and Sweet tea. I went there in the morning and it was very quiet and clean. The staff were very welcoming.

While our breakfast was great, this review is focused on the new automated ordering system. This Alexa or Siri like voice spoke clearly, was able to understand my order (I have a foreign accent) and handled my questions with no problems. I hate to say this, but it was a better cx than most human attendants. Great job Bojangles!

We had a catering order put through for a work event. The order was correct and packaged very nicely. The staff were quick to help me and ensure my order was correct, as well as making sure I had all the utensils, cream and sugar, and anything else that we needed. Everything was hot and fresh. Our staff enjoyed the breakfast!

Everyone at this location was very friendly and provided quick service even though they were pretty busy. My Cajun filet biscuits were so fresh and delicious!
